Estate inventory list

It is mandatory to establish an estate inventory (probate) list after a death, and it must be registered with the Swedish Tax Authority. Division of property and inheritance

Division of property and inheritance between estate partner/heirs does unfortunately often lead to disagreements and it might therefore be a good idea to employ a lawyer who is neutral in the process. We undertake cases as administrators and take over full management of the estate. We always maintain impartiality in relation to the estate heirs. We provide the inventory deed and make sure that the property is valued appropriately and establish inheritance. The application for an estate administrator is made at the district court.
